You keep your vouchers, whatever happens. Every pack is guaranteed a draw: if a round is short, its cards roll into the next round's draw with the same prize pool.

No. Your vouchers are for the five shops you picked. Your card's five visits are five different shops. Spend the vouchers whenever you like.
